I was horizontal for the majority of my train ride to Zhangjiajie. I got a top bunk and it was much easier to just lay there then try to face the crowds below me. The bunk beds are really close together and I spent a lot of my time staring at the wall, the ceiling or this guy’s back. We didn’t talk to each other but he seemed very friendly.
