After washing and soaking my bounty from the market. The fruit ladies have a great way of cutting pineapple that I had never seen before (although maybe this is the normal way and I’m just really out of it). They peel around it with a knife and then pluck out the spikes with giant pineapple tweezers. It’s so fast and makes eating them really easy. Sometimes I eat two a day (!)
