My first glimpse of Hong Kong after coming out of the subway from Shenzhen! I loved it here so much and it reminded me a lot of New York. The whole experience was pretty different from where I’ve been the past eight months though and I sort of had culture shock the entire time I was there. I think one of the most exciting things about Hong Kong for me was that the grocery stores all had international food. It was my first time seeing and eating hummus, chocolate milk, parmesan cheese, fresh berries and pastries in a while!
